Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If there will be a delay in shipping we will contact you via email.
Orders in Canada are shipped using carbon neutral shipping by Canada Post Expedited or Sendle.
For those in Metro Vancouver there are two locations where Evie products are stocked, see stockists for details.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100 in Canada and over $150 elsewhere.
Incorrect or incomplete address - if it is due to an error by Evie Skincare, we will reship the items at no extra cost. If it is due to an error by the customer there are two options.
1. return the items and receive a refund minus the cost of shipping
2. the order can be reshipped at the full cost of the original order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare products we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are unsure if a product is right for you reach out to us at hello@evieskincare.ca and we will gladly help.
Should any products be damaged during shipping we will offer a full refund or replacement at not cost. A damage report will be need to be submitted to receive a full refund or replacement.
